Being able to access the low kneeling position can be tricky for many people. It requires a lot of ankle plantar flexion with some inversion as well as deep knee flexion. So if you struggle with getting into or staying in this position, this class is for you. We're going to look at expanding and train each of those parts and build a deeper, more comfortable low kneeling position.
Equipment:
Some Wall Space
A Cushion
2 x Yoga Blocks
A Small Sock
