In episode 5 of our "Strength in 3D" series, we re-visit abduction and adduction from week 1 (episode 1 and 2) and start to layer on some more strength and control. With a focus on end range strength and control of hip abduction and adduction and the introduction of some shoulder abduction, we start to build strength and control to these isolated joint motions ahead of integrating them all together in the next session! Get ready for a burner!
