In this class, we focus on finding our "stack"; the position in which our rib cage and pelvis are optimally aligned. This is important because it maximises our ability to move well and not over use any one strategy to accomplish movement tasks. We work though some breathwork to find a neutral position (stack) and then work on maintaining the stack through progressively more complex and challenging patterns of movement.
