Cardio Bike Club - Week 2

It's Week Two of The Body School Bike Club, and we're having some fun with leg speed (cadence) and resistance! This session will feature a dynamic sequence where we'll warm up, gradually add resistance, reduce it, introduce some intervals, and then cool down. Get ready to challenge yourself and enjoy the ride!
You'll need the following items of equipment for the class:
- An exercise bike.
- Supportive Shoes (optional but recommended).
- A heartrate monitor (optional).
