wall to stand up and lean against
Intro and spine CARs: 0 - 6 mins
Breathwork and Wall Peels: 6 - 15 mins
Blocked Spine CARs: 15 - 19 mins
Spine Rotation Work: 19 - 27 mins
Level 2 Spine CARs: 27 - 33 mins
Hands Elevated CARs: 33 - 44 mins
Plank CARs (ouch!): 44 - 50 mins
