In Week 2 of this shoulder blade-focused series, we'll continue to work on balancing the function and strength of the left and right shoulder blades. We refine techniques introduced last week to help you feel more confident with them. From there, we’ll apply similar concepts in slightly more challenging positions.
Equipment:
-2 Yoga Blocks
-1 Light resistance band attached on a door slightly above shoulderlevel
-1 Dumbbell 1-2 kilos
-1 Pillow
-1 Folded towel
