In this first class we start with a short introduction - so we're all on the same page when it comes to this course. Then we'll be getting into our nervous system basics: orienting and grounding. We will end this class discussing when and how you'll be able to practice these nervous system basics throughout the week. Bring your journal so you can note your answers down as you watch the recording of this class.
You'll need the following:
- a comfortable chair or couch
- a journal
- some space for movement
- it helps if something in your room is pleasant to look at
- tea or beverage of your choice
