In this class we turn our attention to improving the "shin stuff" which is often neglected in favour of calf stuff but can be super important for anyone who does a lot of walk, hiking or trail running AND anyone who has knee/ankle pain. Specifically, we work on improving the joints above and below the shine (ankle eversion and dorsiflexion and knee flexion) and then challenge these motions with some global and complex movements and under bodyweight; exactly what your lower limbs are designed to support!
Equipment needed:
A Wedge/Rolled Up Pair of Socks/Hand Towel.
An Elevated Surface.
