In this class we work through the joint motions needed at the ankle, the knee, the hips, the wrists and the shoulders in order to perform a downward dog efficiently and well. We then finish with some kinetic stretching for going from quadruped to downward dog; great for yogis but also anyone who has shoulders, hips, knees etc!!
