Triceps & Traps (Lower). Not muscles we'd traditionally pair together in a gym setting. However if we want to integrate all the work done on improving the way the rib cage moves (expanding, compressing and orientation) then these guys become hugely important. So we're gonna get stuck in on how we can begin to introduce them into our training in a way that supports our movement journey and then give them a good old workout!
