The final week of GPP culminates in the final pieces of our speed and power phase. That means transitioning our force absorbition work into a plyometric action. We'll also continue our exploring the outcomes of our overcoming and yeilding work through hops, jumps and bounds. As it's the second week of this final phase we'll be bringing back our hinging and pull movements as well.
EQUIPMENT:
- A Mat.
- A Hardback Book (or similar).
- A Pilates Ball, Foam Roller or Yoga Block.
- A Towel.
- A Small Elevated Surface (optional).
- Light to Medium Size Dumbbells.
