We're finishing strong in this last week of the program. After our usual warm up, we again focus on putting force into the ground to propell us forward in space. We continue cross connecting the 2 sides of the body in the walking lunges. We see if we can increase the load a bit in the alternating press work and single arm rows. Last but not we really load into each hip in the lateral lunges.
EQUIPMENT:
- A Mat.
- Some Wall Space.
- Two Towel or One Towel & a Ball.
- A Resistance Band with Handles and Door Anchor.
- Two Light to Medium Weight Dumbbells.
- An Incline Surface to Lean Against in a Seated Position (see example below).
