Essential Movement Patterns

In our second to last class we will add a light weight to the Turkish get up, allowing us to address any challenging transitions. Additionally, we will load the hinge and sprinkle in some explosive movements.
You'll need the following equipment:
- Resistance band with door anchor and handles
- Light to moderate weight dumbbells.
- One very light dumbbell (1kg or 2 pounds)
- A pen
- Small towel
- A foam roller
- Wallspace
- A box or chair you can put under your heels in 90/90 at the wall.
