We kick things off by connecting to your abs and shoulders, setting the tone for a cardio boxing workout. Then we dive into 15 minutes of low-impact cardio and boxing moves. Boost your heart rate and finish the stress cycle without the need for equipment.
All you need is a bit of wallspace and 2 small towels. If you happen to have a very light weight or ankle weights you can use these as well.
